Phase I (12/4/2004), looking north towards Rt. 36		This was the Meadows back in December of 2004. The Phase I streets were newly completed and home sites were staked out. The first foundations began to appear and lots were selling at a brisk pace. Quite a bit has happened since then. Several dozen homes have been built and sold and several more are now under way. Recently, Phase II was opened up. The new streets are in and lots are staked out in Phase II as well. There's little doubt; people have discovered that great place out in the country. The Meadows is located just 8 miles east of Marysville and 8 miles west of Delaware, on US Rt. 36, ½ mile east of Ostrander Road.
